Hi! I'm Nicole

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Nebraska.

I'm also a Certified Health Coach from both Dr. Sears who is located in Colorado as well as from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.

I'm a Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor and Cacao Facilitator and am well versed in the practices of Emotion Clearing and Applied Kinesiology.

I have my Reiki II training and am working towards my Master training.

I'm an Energy Healer and a Light Worker

But above all else, I am an Empath. I can feel other's emotions so deeply that it's like they're my own, and most of my work revolves around helping my clients heal from deep seated wounds that are causing unwanted emotions.

A Little About Me

I was born and raised in Oregon and living in the panhandle of Nebraska means that I spend a lot of time missing the ocean.

My dog, Leo, is a Great Pyrenees, and as the runt of the litter, ended up very small, think of a very large white lab. He's so entuned with emotions that he has even helped me with a few sessions!

I am owned by 2 cats who are wildly in love with each other. Salem, my black cat has been in our family since the summer of 2023. Sedona, also known as Princess Buttercup, came to us a year later in the summer of 2024 because her previous Daddy needed to go into a care home. They fell in love the day they met and spend most of the waking day together getting into mischief and purring away.

My partner, fiancé, guy, is the best man I've ever known. We met working the long seasonal shifts at Target in December of 2022 and fell in love over the next year. He's my rock, my support, the person I complain to and celebrate with. I wouldn't be where I am today without his constant steadiness and loving patience, and to be fair he wouldn't be who he is today without me. We compliment each other well and have worked hard to heal from our pasts and make our relationship what we want it to be.

My favorite color is purple. Someday I want to be a licensed Aeronaut and own my own hot air balloon. I'm always busy trying to learn something new, and this next year I'm hoping to learn to play the guitar and speak Spanish. I prefer audiobooks over reading books, and my brain is always offering up a song lyric or movie quote for any given situation. I'm a nerd who loves all things Harry Potter, Disney, Star Wars or Lord of the Rings. I want to be a plant person, but they keep committing suicide to get away from me.

My last name is my own creation. After my divorce I didn't want to go back to my maiden name and I didn't want to keep my ex's, so I made up a new one and had it legally changed.

I've lived a long life in my 35 years, with many ups and even more downs. But I'm here, proving that listening to your heart leads to good things.
